Earnhardt Nissan Restores Customer’s Faith

This review came in from Larry H. who was having issues with his transmission. After unsuccessfully trying to resolve the issue at another dealership, he brought his 2009 Altima in to Earnhardt Nissan Service Advisor, Keylon Henrichs.

2009 Nissan AltimaLet me start by saying that my experience with Earnhardt Nissan Service Department was a pleasure compared to dealing with Power Nissan. Back in September 2012 I contacted Power Nissan in reference to a transmission problem on my 2009 Altima. Power was informed of the problem with the transmission, shown a video of what it was doing and refused to repair the vehicle even though it was under an extended manufacturers warranty due to transmission problems. They stated that the car was doing what it was designed to do, which meant that when I was driving on the highway it was supposed to send the transmission into safe mode and shutdown the vehicle.

They had the car for three days and did nothing to it. They first stated they were going to replace the transmission under warranty but then called back and stated they could not do anything to the car. I was incensed with their explanation and attitude towards the repairs needed and they pretty much abandoned us. I was so impressed with Earnhardt service department, they new exactly what I was experiencing and quickly diagnosed that a new transmission was needed. They completed that work in one day after receiving the transmission. My faith in the auto industry has been restored. There are still dealers that are worth going to for repairs. Thanks Earnhardt for your assistance with this. Thank you service department for not treating us as if we were idiots and nothing was wrong.

It was greatly appreciated and we will be dealing with Earnhardt in the future.

My Review of Earnhardt Nissan:
The best word to describe my experience with Earnhardt is WOW. When I first walked in to the time I left Greg was there with me the whole way. He made sure I had everything I needed. When I walked in I was greated by a very friendly young Lady Named Sam. She is the one who introduced me to Greg. I was not rushed by three different sales people trying to get my business. Which is what happened at several different car lots. I have this thing about sales people, you know the kind I am talking about all pushing and sign here and blah blah blah. Well I can say Greg and all the staff I meet at Earnhardt Nissan in Mesa are not at all like that. In fact they are like normal people which is a relief. I would recommend anyone shopping for a car to go and see Greg. He is the best even though he does have and english accent. LOL

Can’t say enough good about Earnhardt Nissan-friendly, professional service from start to finish-highly recommend working with Jay Schaeffer! I actually did most of my shopping before I even entered the dealership via e-mail. Jay found me exactly what I was looking for-color and options-in my price range and got me the terms I was looking for! If you are in the Phoenix area, may I highly suggest Jay @ Earnhardt Nissan off Highway 60/Superstition Springs in Mesa! I love my new Nissan Juke!

Brought my car to have the thermostat changed, $160.00 A bit expensive, but done by the dealer with a warranty. Test drove a new Sentra, nice, well thought out. Spoke with a salesman named Juju. A nice guy, not pushy at all, which is a good thing. Pushy salesman push me right out the door, which this gentleman did not. I am not going to buy a car right now, but when I do, I’ll buy from these people.

I am not one to take the time to post my exeperiences but I have to make an exception in this case. I recently moved here from another state and drove my car the entire way. Needless to say, my older car decided it needed some work after the long drive-murphy’s law. So, I took my car into the nearest dealership and met with Gary. I explained my problem and he knew just what was needed but it was going to take a bit of time to get the part required. I was a bit nervous about driving my car and he put me at ease offering to deliver and install the part at my house. I was quite shocked at the offer-I never would have gotten that offer where I was from. Gary called me when the part came in and asked when would be a good time to come by. True to his word, the part was delivered and installed and I have not another issue. I am truly pleased with the customer service I received from Gary and his company. They have earned my future business. If I hear of anyone needing service I will recommend Gary and his team highly!!!!

I try to repair my truck myself as much as I can. The employees at Earnhardt Nissan give me as much help as they can, and are always fair on the price. They always thank me for choosing them and seem to really appreciate my business. I have purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima from (Earnhardt Nissan) recently and was completely satisfied with the service, price, and the product. The car was for my mom, so she was a bit picky about what she wanted. Aaron the salesman worked together with his team to find the exact car that my mom wanted. She couldnt be happier with her new car. On top of that, they worked with us to give us a price that we are comfortable with. When I went to pick up the car, Jimmy who helped us on the closing paperwork was very helpful as well. He presented many different options on purchasing a vehicle warranty and I have never got such a great offer on them. Now I know that my brand new car have been taken care of through the life of the use. It was a fantastic car buying experience that I have never had till now. Highly recommended!!!
