Privacy Notice Pursuant to Title V, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act FTC Rule on Privacy of Consumer Information 16 CFR Part 313

In connection with your transaction, Dealer may obtain information about you as described on this notice, which we handle as stated in this notice.

1. Dealer collects nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
   • Information we receive from you in written or electronic format, either directly or through a customer lead provider.
   • Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others.
   • Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
2. Dealer may disclose all of the information collected, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on its behalf or to other financial institutions with whom it has joint marketing agreements.
3. Dealer also may disclose the information to a company that performs information management services on its behalf. Dealer may make such disclosures about you as a consumer, customer or former customer.
4. The disclosures Dealer may make include information about your transaction to the manufacturer of your vehicle as required by the manufacturer. Dealer may also submit your credit information to one or more lender(s) with which it has banking relationships. If you would like to limit the lenders to which your credit information is submitted, please identify the lenders to which you would like your credit information submitted.
5. We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you as a consumer, customer or former customer to non-affiliated third parties as permitted by law.
6. We restrict access to nonpublic information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to safeguard your nonpublic personal information.
